The stay at Summit Hotel Naga left a mark due to its spacious and clean rooms. The bathroom is well-appointed, with a great shower that provided a refreshing experience. Large comfortable beds made for restful nights. It was nice to have easy access to Robinsons Naga with a footbridge right from the hotel. The gym had all the essentials for a workout, and the cozy pool offered a nice spot to relax after a long day. However, the breakfast options could use significant improvement. Limited choices and some items were cold during my visit. Also, I experienced a shortage of towels and bath mats, which became a bit of a hassle. Staff responsiveness varied. I had to make multiple calls to get necessary amenities. Despite these issues, I appreciated the welcoming front desk staff, particularly MS NICOLE, who ensured I felt at home.

The air conditioning in the room was barely functioning, and despite adjusting the settings, it remained uncomfortably warm. Additionally, the breakfast was a complete letdown. the food was served cold, not to mention the severe lack of options available. Lastly, the promised room supplies were incomplete, and I had to make multiple calls to receive them, which added to my frustration during the stay.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Summit Hotel Naga. The complimentary buffet breakfast was delightful, offering various flavorful options, from congee to fresh fruits. The staff was exceptionally friendly, always greeting us with warm smiles. The cozy pool area was a lovely relaxation spot after exploring the city.

I enjoyed my time overall, though I had minor inconveniences with missing bathroom supplies. One morning, I woke up early and enjoyed a nice view from my window while sipping coffee. I travel quite often and appreciate practicality during my stays.

This was my best stay at a hotel in Naga. The staff was the best! We stayed for their New Year Celebration and everything was set up wonderfully. The food was delicious and the rooms are spacious, featuring soft beds that made for a comfortable sleep. Additionally, I appreciated the free underground parking and the convenience of a large shopping center right across the street, which enhanced my overall experience.
